Words are my passion. I’ve worked in content design for 15+ years. I started as a software engineer for 10 years, then a marketing writer, and then quickly became obsessed with content strategy and design. I’ve worked at companies such as Stash, CVS, TIAA, Fidelity, and Bank of America.
I approach problems with a firm knowledge of content strategy, design and UX. I’m familiar with conducting research on content and UX and working from those findings as well as quantified metrics.
